Every AuraSculp device includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty is automatic — your order number is your warranty record.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Battery failures within the first 12 months under normal use.

Faulty motors, switches, charging ports and accessories included in the box.

Damage from drops, water exposure beyond the device's IP rating, or unauthorized repairs.

Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs) that does not affect function.

Consumables such as the care oil.

Email contact@aurasculp.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us resolve faster.

We'll either repair or replace the device — whichever is faster — within 7 business days of receiving it.
