Shipping & Delivery

AuraSculp delivers across all major cities and regions of Saudi Arabia (KSA): Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Dammam, Khobar, Tabuk, Abha, and more.

Delivery is free on every order. There are no hidden fees and no shipping surcharges by region.

Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.

Express delivery (where available): same day or next day, in selected areas.

Orders placed before 2pm KSA time are usually dispatched the same day.

All orders ship as Cash on Delivery. You only pay when the courier hands you the package.

Please prepare exact change in SAR if possible.

Once your order is shipped, you receive an SMS with the courier's tracking link.

You can also track your order at any time from the Track Order page using your order number and phone.

If we cannot reach you on the phone number provided, the courier will retry up to two times.

After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule or cancel.
