Returns & Refunds

You can return your AuraSculp order within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals and the original box.

Email contact@aurasculp.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return.

Our team will arrange free pickup from your address within 2 to 4 business days.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cash on Delivery refunds are issued by bank transfer to a Saudi bank account that you provide.

Used oils for hygiene reasons, unless the bottle is unopened and sealed.

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

If your device arrives damaged or doesn't power on, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it free of charge.
